Position Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated Client Account Manager to act as the trusted advisor for our dental clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success. This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building meaningful relationships.

As a Client Account Manager, you’ll collaborate with our internal teams to align services with client goals, delivering outstanding results that help dental practices grow.


Your Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with dental clients, serving as their go-to advisor.
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and performance reports to showcase results and progress.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Understand client goals and create actionable marketing strategies tailored to dental practices.
  • Collaborate with PPC, SEO, and web design teams to execute campaigns that drive patient growth.
  • Offer strategic recommendations to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports highlighting key metrics, successes, and next steps.
  • Use data insights to recommend enhancements and demonstrate value to clients.

Team Collaboration

  • Act as the client advocate within our organization, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
  • Partner with internal teams to align strategies and execute marketing plans effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in account management, client services, or a related role—experience in digital marketing or advertising preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC campaigns, Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing principles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex concepts for clients.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and projects without sacrificing quality.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, WhatConverts, or similar platforms.
