Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Web Developer to design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites for our dental clients. This role requires a strong understanding of web development, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver websites optimized for patient conversion and marketing success.

Your Responsibilities:

Website Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites that prioritize exceptional user experiences for dental practices.
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, scalability, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website performance issues, ensuring seamless functionality.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with designers, content creators, and SEO specialists to align website features with marketing goals.
• Manage multiple web development projects, delivering high-quality work on time.
• Provide technical support to clients, addressing website updates and inquiries.

Optimization & Innovation

• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Integrate analytics and tracking tools to measure user engagement and website effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest web development trends and apply them to improve client websites and internal processes.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in web development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Expertise in WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development.
• Experience with website performance optimization, including image compression and lazy loading.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and hosting platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards is a strong plus.
